Can I bring a pushchair in?

Yes. We allow pushchairs to be brought into the Playbarn 

Can I bring my own food into Belle’s Playbarn?

No, only food purchased in our cafe is allowed in the Playbarn.  We serve a wide variety of delicious snacks and hot and cold food. We also have a range of products suitable for those with special dietary requirements. This policy includes birthday cakes, so please contact us if you would like to arrange a birthday cake from our bakery for your visit (14 days notice required for cake orders).

Can I leave and re-enter the Playbarn throughout the day with the same ticket?

No. Your Playbarn admission ticket allows you to play on the specific date and time session of your booking.

If individual group members need to briefly leave during their booked time slot to visit other areas of Bell Plantation, our staff will allow this under particular circumstances so please speak to them on site during your visit and they’ll be happy to help.

Is smoking permitted in or around the Playbarn & Bell Plantation?

No. Belle’s Playbarn & Bell Plantation is proud to be a smoke & vape free area for the safety of the growing lungs playing in our Playbarn. Smoking and vaping is not be permitted within Bell Plantation or its surrounding areas.

Is there a limit on play time?

We run timed play sessions that are 2 hours.

You can book onto one of these time slots in advance (click here) to secure your space on your chosen session. Because we want to ensure all our customers have a great time, we ask you to exit the play area promptly at the end of your booking to allow our team to fully clean and prep the area for our next session.

Can I buy a family ticket to Belle’s Playbarn?

We do not currently offer family ticket prices.

Can I book onto more than one session and stay for the duration of these?

You are welcome to pre-book onto multiple timed sessions per day, however all customers will need to exit the Playbarn at the end of each timed session so our team can clean and fully prepare the play area for the next session.

Can I reserve spaces within the Playbarn?

No. Unfortunately we cannot take reservations for tables within the Playbarn.

Tickets purchased in advance guarantee you entry to the Playbarn for your booked session, however it does not guarantee you a table.

Who supervises the children?

Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age who is responsible for their care for the duration of your visit to Belle’s Playbarn. At no time can children be left in the Playbarn unattended.

What clothing should the children wear?

It’s best to wear comfortable clothes, ideally long-sleeved tops and long trousers. SOCKS must be worn by children and adults at all times in all play areas. It is advised that jewellery, watches and loose items in pockets are removed.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes. We have our main car park right outside the Playbarn, including disabled parking too.

Can I get a refund if we can’t make a booked session?

No unfortunately our tickets non refundable or transferable.  We are unable to split bookings, move single tickets or offer refunds for any missed bookings.

Do I pay full price if I arrive part way through the session?

Yes you would still pay the full session fee.

Can I use my bell plantation Loyalty Card?

Unfortunately you cannot use the loyalty card with our playbarn bookings.
